Welding/Robot welding

Our company employs welders certified according to EN ISO 9606-1, with many years of experience. Their work is professionally supervised by colleagues with IWE and IWS qualifications.
Our products include large and complex welded structures, which require highly skilled and experienced welders. Our certified welders primarily perform manual welding of unique steel structures but also participate in predefined phases of series production.
For our fabricated products, we mostly use unalloyed structural steel. However, we occasionally apply corrosion-resistant steel in mixed joints. We primarily use wire electrode welding methods (135, 136, 138), but we also employ tungsten electrode welding and submerged arc welding for thicker butt joints.
Our welders typically work with modern Fronius welding machines. The optimal positioning of weld seams is facilitated by electric rotators of various sizes and load capacities.
Our highly efficient Yaskawa welding robot significantly aids in the production of welded components, and we are in the process of expanding our robotic welding equipment.
