Quality Control

Before manufacturing, our inspectors check incoming material and flame-cut parts.

The assembly of complicated structures starts with these inspected components.

The geometry of the welded structure is remeasured, and according to the instructions of the purchase order, non-destructive testing of the welds is performed using various methods to ensure that it meets the customers’ specifications. Currently, we are employing non-destructive material testing personnel Level 2 for the procedures specified.

The corrosion protection of the welded products is carried out by coating or with the help of corrosion inhibitors, according to customer requirements. The process is guided by the ISO 12944 and NORSOK M-501 standards.

We do a comprehensive final inspection of the finished product and issue documentation according to our customers’ specifications.
