CNC Flame, Plasma, and Laser Cutters

Parts are cut from certified sheet materials with material certificates, tracked by batch numbers. The sheets are obtained from rolling mills in Italy through an internal group trading partner.https://acellemez.com/

The cut components are cleaned by grinding, manual and machine grit blasting, and are flattened with 400-ton hydraulic presses. The preparation of the components is made with a semi-automatic flame cutter and beveling machine.

Forming is carried out with CNC press brakes and plate rolling machines. Rolling of profile steel is made by Sahinler profile rolling machine.
