Machining is carried out over an area exceeding 6,500 m² at our facilities. In this area 17 horizontal-axis (horizontal) machining centers with a maximum machining range of x: 12,000 mm; y: 3,500 mm; z: 2,500 mm are currently working. In addition to these machining centers, we have a gantry milling machine (x: 7,000; y: 3,400; z: 2,000) and 8 carousel lathes with table sizes ranging from 1,000 to 4,500 mm. (Additionally, we possess various other machining tools.)

Based on available capacity, we also take on external machining tasks for raw materials up to a weight limit of 25 tons.

We provide quality documentation for all machined products.

For measuring workpieces, in addition to general measuring instruments, we use Romer measuring arms and Leica Laser Trackers.

The CNC controls of our machine tools include Heidenhain, Fanuc, and NCT systems.

We also act as a practical training site to ensure the next generation of skilled workers (machinists, fitters, welders).
