II. What is personal data

1. Personal data is any data and information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (name, address, date of birth, etc.). This includes, for example, e-mail addresses and IP addresses in the case of Internet sites. 

2. This privacy statement applies solely to our website and in no case to third party websites, products or services, even if a link from our website to third party content directs you to them. 

In this respect, we do not accept any responsibility for the content of third party websites, products or services.

 

 

III. Target

1. The primary purpose of our website is to inform you about the Lakics Gépgyártó Kft. Services

2. You can then contact us via the contact form, or contact us with your request for a quote or question. 

The information shared during this process, such as name, phone number, email address, etc., is stored in order to answer your questions. We will delete the data when it is no longer necessary, unless legal retention obligations require its further (and in any case limited) storage, or if you are not directly connected to a contract or the conclusion of a contract between you and us. 

In the latter case, the data relating to your request will be stored together with your documents. 

3. In addition, as our customer, we are forced to process more personal data for the purpose of the resulting contractual relationship compared to a purely informative visit to the website.

4. By visiting our website and using our services as a customer, you expressly consent to the collection and processing of your personal data. 

You also accept the version of the General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") currently in force. 

 

IV. Personal data collected when you visit our website for purely informational purposes 

1. You can visit our website without directly revealing your identity. When you visit our website for purely informational purposes, the data sent to us by your browser is automatically stored by our web servers. 

Here we refer to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR as the legal basis. The data collected is necessary for technical reasons in order to guarantee the stability and security of our website. We collect the following data for this purpose: - IP address - Internet service provider of the requesting party - Website - Date and time of the request - Amount of data transferred - Notification of successful data transfer - Browser type and version number - Operating system - Forwarding URL or website previously visited. 

2. We reserve the right to subsequently verify the above-mentioned data if we have reasonable grounds to suspect, based on specific evidence, that our website has been used without authorisation. We will not transfer the data to third parties unless otherwise disclosed in this privacy statement 

3. The above data will be automatically deleted after a specified period of 14 months. 

4. We only collect further personal data when you contact us using the contact form or register as a customer. By submitting the contact form or registration form, you consent to the processing and storage of the data provided in the form for the purposes described in Section III (2) above.

VI. RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IN RELATION TO DATA PROCESSING

The data subject may request the controller to:
(a) information on the processing of his or her personal data;
(b) access to his or her personal data;
(c) rectification of his or her personal data;
(d) restriction of the processing of his or her personal data in the cases referred to in Article 18(1) of the GDPR;
(e) erasure or blocking of your personal data, except for mandatory processing.

According to Article 7(3) of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of data at any time. However, the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal. 

The data subject may withdraw his or her consent by sending an explicit statement to the contact details of the controller as set out in this notice.

The data subject's request for information, rectification, blocking or erasure should be sent to the following e-mail address (e-mail address to be provided). Upon written request of the data subject - within 15 days - we will provide written information about the processing of his/her personal and other data provided to us, we will promptly correct his/her data or delete them upon his/her request.

In the cases specified in Article 21 of the Information Act, the person concerned may object to the processing of his or her personal data.

Pursuant to Article 20(1) of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller without the controller's hindrance. The data subject shall have the right to request, where technically feasible, the direct transfer of personal data between controllers.

The data subject may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C; phone: +36-1-391-1400; fax: +36-1-391-1410; e-mail:ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu ), claiming that the processing of personal data has led to a violation of rights or an imminent threat thereof.

In the event of a breach of his or her rights in relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject may bring the matter before the courts of his or her place of residence or domicile, at the data subject's choice.

The rights and remedies in relation to data processing are set out in detail in Chapters III and VIII of the GDPR and Chapters 13-17 and 30 of the GDPR.
